Learning new web 2.0 tools

Hey all,

check out some of the new cool tools I have learned about. Web 2.0 is not so bad once you get the hang of them by dibble and dabbling with a few of the free tools......I will be sure to keep working at them to get better and learn about more tools to use in the classroom!!!

NEW classroom technology HPTouchPad

HP has created technology for the way teachers introduce or integrate technology into the classroom. In my opinion, I feel that it is a "knock-off" iPad, but what do I know?? After reading the article I'm actually pretty interested. So as you all know I'm not very tech-savy, but the fact that this TouchPad works using cloud and you don't have to download any apps has me sort of amped!!! I have the opportunity to use technology without having to go above and beyond by downloading apps. Sorry but I despise apps. I also like that you dont have to sync each and every TouchPad and the fact that you can use various web2.0 tools is so cool. This is such an advantage when you dont have internet access or when you forgot you flashdrive at home or it didnt save. Everything is there and you just have to "reach out and grab it from the clouds" sounds pretty cool. I think HP may be on to something, hey the fact that you dont have to download apps has me SOLD!!!
